Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your order — but if something’s not right, we’ve got you.

⏱️ Return Window

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

🔁 What Can Be Returned?

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original packaging with tags still attached

  • Free of stains, scents, or signs of wear

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Note: It can take a few extra days for your bank to process the refund.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we’ll cover return shipping — just contact us first.

🔄 Exchanges

Want a different size or color?
Just place a new order and return the original item — this ensures your preferred item doesn’t sell out while your return is being processed.

📬 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at return@kloevercph.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address

  3. Send your item back to us

  4. Sit tight — we’ll email you once the return has been processed
